Emotional robot project at Bordeaux University Hospital

This project consists in proposing a feasibility study as well as the realization of a functional prototype.

Within the framework of the activities of the surgery pole, the CHU of Bordeaux wishes to use an emotional robot in order to facilitate the communication between the disoriented and confused persons and the nursing staff. These disoriented people are in a semi-permanent or even permanent situation. We can find patients who suffer from Alzheimer's disease, brain damage due to trauma, or cerebral accidents.

This project allowed me to apply the knowledge I acquired during my first two years at the YNOV campus, but more precisely the way of working and the habits of carrying out a project that I discovered during the OMNICAR project.
